So even when the criminal is put away, he is still doing damage to us. Forcing the Ludovico's Technique on the criminals would eliminate the need for prisons. The former criminals would be out in the free world and we would not have to pay more taxes for prisons. Many people say that there is a violent phase for boys in their youth which is why they do the bad things they do, but what about all of the adult criminals?
